# I get the following error when trying to test a random product: "URL could not be rendered."

We recommend you use the Google Rich Snippets Testing tool instead of the Google Structured Data Testing Tool. The latter is being shut down by Google. If that's not the case and the error is related to something else, please contact our Customer Support.
