Is your app works with third party payment gateways?
Our app works only with Shopify Payments. This is a limitation from shopify itself. You can check here - https://shopify.dev/apps/subscriptions#known-limitations.
2. How can I add a subscription plan for bi monthly?
Creating a bi monthly subscription is quite simple you just need to follow the basic steps: 1. Need to login the Merchant dashboard. 2. Hit Subscription menu. 3.Click on Add subscription. Label the plan for customer and the store admin.Click Next.
4.Choose Product and hit next. 5. Now click on Add frequency button and add frequency name as Bi Monthly. 6. Choose order frequency as 2, Order frequency type is Months, Select bill every as 2 7. Now select the discount type from the drop down and enter the discount value and save contract.
3. Will the customer charged automatically every month and a new order will be created?
Yes, Once customer subscribe then all orders and everything works automatically. Next month our app auto automatically deduct the money and create orders. Merchant can see that order in Shopify admin. 4. Which payment processors are supported?
subscription-only work with Shopify payment. No other payment is supported.
5. What's the price for your service?
As of now we have kept our app free for the first 1000 users.
6. Is there anyway to just have the option of subscription, In Case if we don't want to display one time payment as an option, just subscription.
In order to do so. Merchant can login to your shopify admin and under product section scroll down to "Only allow purchase of the product as subscription and mark the check box.
