How to create a New selling Plan

Click on the "Selling plans" to get into 'Edit new Subscription, Or you can click on ‘Create New Selling Plan! If you are using the application for the first time.

You can then enter a suitable name / Label for your subscription plan and click next.

Then you can click on Choose button to make the choice of the product for which you want to create a subscription model.

You can search your products if you have more number of products. Choose the one for which you want to create a subscription plan. Then click on Next.

Click on "Add Frequency" to add the frequencies which are how frequently you want to create an order for your user. Also, there is quick action to Edit & Delete the subscription

Three Steps After Clicking Edit Button - Edit Information, Select product/ Variant, Decide frequency.

It's time to choose a product for which a Subscription plan has to be created with its respective variant Save the current products which you have chosen,

It's Time to Decide Frequency -

Fill the below-mentioned fields

  • Frequency Name - Here you can name the frequency created to identify how you have created it like - by weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.

  • Order frequency: Number of orders that needed to be sent to the customer.

  • Order Frequency Type: Here you can select if the order needs to be sent monthly, weekly, day-wise, etc

  • Bill Every: Here you can put how you want your customer to be billed like for every 3 months etc

  • Discount Type: Here you can choose the discount you want to offer to your customer like discount an amount or give a percentage-wise discount.

  • Discount Value: You can select the value of the discount offer.

Click on the save button to save the frequency. And finally, Save the contract. And congratulations the final process is done, you can see the Subscription widget with this frequency after refreshing the page:- To test you can simply click on the product name under the subscription plan created.

Want to Set Expiry?

One more Exciting feature for Merchant in order to Retain their customers up to Decided order frequencies - Like if you decide your customer will not churn till 3 months of the order, so you can set the frequency to level up the sale and Don't worry to retain customers & Churn rate, You can simply select Set Expiry to overcome this problem! You can select minimum / Maximum cycles for your orders !
