  • Subscribe & Save - Transform existing one-time products into monthly subscriptions with configurable delivery and cut-off dates, inventory forecasting, and order management.

Manage your subscription business within Subscription Recurring Order powerful merchant portal all while enabling your customers to fully manage their subscriptions directly from your store.

  • Dashboard: This gives the ability the merchant to keep the track of all the subscription/recurring orders placed by the clients. Merchant can keep the track of total subscriptions, Active subscriptions, Cancelled Subscriptions and Paused Subscriptions.

  • Subscription: In this section, the Merchant can have a look at its clients and can track the active clients, Paused clients and Clients who cancelled their subscriptions.

  • Selling plans: Here, the Merchant can add the subscription plan and can add frequency so that the clients can subscribe accordingly. With the advanced features like Varant Selection . _ eg,

  • Dunning management: Merchant can Manage how failed payments are handled. and also set the limits for the number of failed transitions, Also Setup the Retry charge interval by the Number of days

    When the maximum number of retries is reached then the subscription would be

  • Widget Style: Here you can modify the look of the description Bar for the customer .also the styles, Spacing, Subscription Details Also the detailed page for the offers and the discounts by the Merchants, here is the customization for the Product that can be sold via a mode of Direct - one Time sale / On The Subscription-based!

  • Customer Portal: Here Merchant can Give access to their customer - As they can revoke / Cancel the subscription, Pause / Resume the subscription, or Skip the Subscription.

  • Email Notifications: Here the customer will be updated by Email about their Orders and the subscription, this feature help customer, as well as the Merchant to get Notified about their sale and the Mode of Subscription, taken By the customer! The 2 Mail were Sent to the customer, 1st for Order confirmation, and 2nd for subscription taken by the customer, These Emails/ Notifications are customizable

The merchant can activate the customer's email settings. Merchants can enable whatever email that they'd like to send to their customers when they buy a new subscription, freeze their subscription, resume their subscription, cancel their subscription, order skip, order confirmation, and so on. You can also personalize the email.

  • Language Settings: we can customize the Portal head in Different Language as per our Merchant needs or desired Customer locations.
