How to manage customer portal?

The customer's subscription contract can be managed from both ends. From the Merchant as well as from the client's end.

This UI is same for the customer as well as Merchant, That can be modified in Widget Style

Merchant's End.

1 . Merchant needs to navigate to the Subscription section In the Subscription menu where they can see the list of subscribers, including Active, Paused & cancelled Subscriptions.

2 . Once the merchant click on any customer ID, the Merchant can see the complete subscription detail like when the subscription was created, what is the next billing date, check the upcoming orders, Completed orders, Change the status and payment methods can be done via client-side & behalf, can also skip the order.

2. Customer's End

To manage customers' subscription contracts customers must have access to - https://store url/apps/manage-subscription

  1. Customers need to enter the email and click on get OTP. once the OPT is received customer needs to enter the OPT and submit..

This will take the customer to manage the subscription page. In the subscription customer will find the subscription details , product description, Title, variant, Quantity

Can check Upcoming orders and Skip/Pause orders and also see the completed orders:
