Now your clients can update the frequency in an ongoing subscription. In order to update the frequency kindly follow the following steps:

  1. Login to the Customer portal.

2. Once login on Manage Your subscription page client need to click on the edit icon of billing.

3. Once click on the edit Icon kindly update the frequency and frequency type.
