Why Subscription widget is not displayed on my front store?

The following factors are the cause(s) why the Subscription widget did not display up:-

  1. When the application is disabled in the Shopify admin panel

  2. Selecting the wrong theme

  3. Incompatibility due to Complex Theme Structure.

1.) When the application is disabled in the Shopify admin Panel - Please enable the app once again. To do so, you need to log in to our app dashboard. At the top right corner, you have the “Enable/Disable app” button hit the button that will redirect you to your Shopify admin. Where you need to mark toggle on for subscription and recurring order app and hit save button.

Clicking the button will take you to your Shopify admin page, where you must check the box to confirm that the Toggle is enabled for the subscription and recurring app, Continue clicking the Save button.

2.) Wrong selection of Theme - Sometimes choosing the incorrect theme will cause these issues. To solve this problem, please use the appropriate theme when configuring the subscription, Recurring application. You can also change the theme. After the onboarding procedure, - You can choose a theme by first going to the Settings Panel and then selecting the Installation menu. You can choose the theme for your store; if it isn't listed, choose "Others."
